For over 300 years, the beautiful Cathedral of Notre-Dame has stood as one of the most beautiful of architectural creations, rich in both beauty and historical significance. It has gone through several restorations, but none so crucial as the one it needs right now. The fire took France unawares and is a sad sight for those who loved this old, gorgeous symbol.
