Cold Watermelon Soup

Cold Watermelon Soup
Ingredients:
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
Fresh mint - 1 tbsp. (chopped)
Minced garlic - 1-2 cloves
Honey - 1 tbsp.
Method of Preparation:
  1. Add the watermelon cubes, garlic, and lemon juice to a blender. Mix thoroughly until you get a smooth consistency. 
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl. Add the honey to sweeten the taste a little. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
