Tropical Mint Juice

Just a sip of this wonderfully energizing tropical juice will make you feel as if you are on the shores of some quiet beach! The mint will be good for your health as it is a good source of vitamin C, B-complex vitamins, and minerals like calcium, phosphorous, zinc, and copper. Meanwhile, lemon adds some vitamin C to the mix.

Tropical Mint Juice
Ingredients for Tropical Mint Juice:
Pineapple - 1 cup
Celery - 2 stalks
Cucumbers - 1/2
Spinach - 2 cups
Lemon - 1/2 lemon
Method of preparing the Tropical Mint Juice:
  1. Place all ingredients into your juicer and blend. Serve chilled.
Chef's Tip:
Pour the drink into popsicle molds to enjoy as a frozen treat. Add honey or yogurt for flavor and texture.
