Ingredients for Cilantro-Cucumber Juice:
Cilantro - 1 cup
Celery - 2 stalks
Cucumber - 1/2
Lime juice - of 1/2 a lime
Kale - 1 cup
Method of preparing the Cilantro-Cucumber Juice:
  1. Place all ingredients into your juicer and blend. Serve chilled.
Chef's Tip:
Pour into popsicle molds for a frozen treat. You can add honey, agave, any kind of milk, or yogurt too.
