Blended Baked Oats

We know a bowl of oatmeal in the morning is healthy for us. But many of us find it boring to eat. Well, we have an oats recipe for you that we promise you will love. These blended baked oats are made with banana, egg, and almond milk and taste amazing! These delicious treats will make your mornings so much better!

Ingredients for Blended Baked Oats:
Rolled Oats - 1 cup
Banana - 1 (large)
Egg - 1 (large)
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Salt - 1/8 tsp.
Almond milk - 1/2 cup
Maple syrup - 2 tbsp.
Ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.
Blueberries - 1/4 cup
Method of preparing the Blended Baked Oats:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease two oven-safe bowls or 8-oz ramekins with butter or vegetable oil on the bottom and sides.
  2. Add all ingredients except the berries to a blender. Blend for about 1 minute or until everything is combined well.
  3. Add the blueberries and stir well. Fill the mixture into the prepared ramekins. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until firm.
Chef's Tip:
Add toppings as your heart desires. You can use the photo for inspiration.
