The Honeymooners was a classic comedy show, created by famous comedian Jackie Gleason, who also starred in it as Ralph. The show was based on a repeating sketch he used to do in his variety show. It began in 1955 on CBS and was a huge hit for awhile, being the second highest rated show on American TV at that time (after The Pery Como Show).
