Lemon Parsley Pasta

This lemon parsley pasta makes for a great side dish that goes with almost anything. You can even make it your main dish by adding some chicken or shrimp. This pasta is filled with lemony, garlicky, and Parmesan-y goodness.

Ingredients for Lemon Parsley Pasta:
Spaghetti - 8 oz. (thin)
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp. (grated)
Lemon - 1 (zested)
Black pepper - 1/8 tsp. (freshly cracked)
Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
Butter - 2 tbsp.
Salt - 1/4 tsp.
Parsley - 1/2 cup (chopped fresh)
Method of preparing the Lemon Parsley Pasta:
  1. Cook the pasta al dente and drain. Return to the pot and drizzle with oil.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients except the parsley and cook until everything melts together.
  3. Top with the parsley and serve.
