Pineapple Protein Smoothie
Ingredients for Pineapple Protein Smoothie:
Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup
Bananas - 1/2 (frozen)
Pineapple - 1/2 cup (frozen chunks)
Brown sugar - 1/2 tsp. (optional)
Vanilla Extract - 1/4 tsp.
Almond milk - 1 cup (or any other milk of your choice)
Method of preparing the Pineapple Protein Smoothie:
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Chef's Tip:
You can also pour the mix into popsicle molds to enjoy it as a frozen treat.
