Egg Mayonnaise and Cress Sandwich
Ingredients for Egg Mayonnaise and Cress Sandwich:
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
Cress - a handful (or any other sprout)
Salt and Pepper - to taste
Brown bread - 2 slices (or wholemeal bread)
Method of preparing the Egg Mayonnaise and Cress Sandwich:
  1. Mash the egg with a fork and mix it with 1 tbsp mayonnaise.
  2. Sprinkle some cress in the egg mixture. Stir and season to taste.
  3. Spread the filling evenly across one slice of bread. Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread and quarter it. Serve immidiately.
Chef's Tip:
If you prefer a thick and robust filling, double up on the egg, mayonnaise, and cress. You cal also use watercress or any other sprout of your choice.
