5-Minute Bruschetta
Ingredients for Bruschetta:
Tomatoes - 1 lbs.
Onion - 1/2
Garlic - 2 cloves
Fresh basil - 1 bunch
Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Method of preparing the Bruschetta:
  1. Dice and finely chop the tomatoes, onions, garlic, and basil.
  2. Add the olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  3. Slice the bread and toast it in the oven for a few minutes until golden brown.
  4. Stack the tomato mixture nicely onto the toasted bread. Bruschetta is best enjoyed fresh!
