Probably Less Than 25%
According to your answers, we estimate that people around you know just a small part of you, and if we had to put it in numbers, it would be less than a quarter of the real you, underneath the outside persona, is known to most people around you. There may be a very small number of people who know more, but we wouldn't be surprised if they don't know much more.

You probably have your reasons, you may have a need for privacy, a lack of confidence, a need for secrecy or just don't feel like putting yourself out there. This shields you from a lot of harm, but may also prevent some deeper modes of connection with people around you.
Probably About 50%
According to your answers, we estimate that people around you know about halfway, which is pretty normal. When we grow up, we learn that some things are better left unsaid or kept to ourselves, sometimes we edit ourselves and sometimes it's just a need for privacy, individuality and an inner world that just yours.

It may be a good idea sometimes to let people get to know you better, and it may be you have a small number of people who know the 'real' you, or a bit more than others. Know that this is perfectly normal and that most of us keep a large part of ourselves TO ourselves.
Probably about 90-100%
According to your answers, we estimate that people around you know almost everything about you and are exposed to your true, real personality almost all the time, which means you are probably quite extroverted and self confident. You have the honesty and the courage to say what you really think and feel, while showing people who you are.

It's unfortunate that most of us are not like that, and, like icebergs, hide a big chunk of our real selves. This may come from a need for privacy, a fear that people won't like the real us, a need for control or fear of intimacy. It's good to see you don't have that problem!
