If you're anything like me, you probably don't have a bunch of workout equipment at home. No dumbbells, no special machines, just you and your body. Well, I'm here to tell you that this shouldn't stop you. You can keep your body healthy and toned without buying a single item. These exercise videos will show you how to work each body part at home without using any special equipment.
Tip: When they ask you to use weights, just use full food cans instead - they work like a charm!
Instructions: Hover over the image with your mouse pointer. You should see red play buttons on each of the body parts. Click on the body part you want to exercise to begin the video. You can click on the full-screen button (located on the bottom right corner of the video player) to see it in full size, or click on the X at the upper right corner to close it.
