There is a big difference, in my book, between 'aritsts' that deface a street with gang symbols and hate words, and those who use their talent to bring color and personality to an otherwise grey and gloomy old street. This is especially true with old, poor areas of cities, where the buildings are in disrepair. The government usually does little to make these streets look more beautiful.
So I'm glad there are artists out there like these, who can create a surprise where formerly only familiar gloom reigned supreme.
