Last year Japan was hit a very hard blow by earthquakes and tsunami, not to mention the damage caused by the radiation leaks from their Nuclear plants. This was not only a physical blow nut also a mental one. This year, as the LEGO company celebrates 50 years, they gave the children of Japan a special project. In the spirit of LEGO, about 5,000 children, from six counties, used more than 1.8 Million pieces of lego to rebuild a future map of Tokyo and other parts of Japan. The children used their own imagination of how the future structures will look like. The result is so impressive that all of Japan has shared in these photos, and many hope that the future of Japan as it is in the eyes of these children will come to be.
