The Johnny Cash Hits Jukebox

John R. “Johnny” Cash is considered to be one of America’s greatest and most influential musicians in the 20th-century. Born on February 26, 1932, in Kansas, Cash was originally named J. R. Cash. When he enlisted in the Air Force, he had to change the “J” legally to “John”. Johnny Cash is known mostly for his country music, but this prolific artist also created and performed incredible Rock N’ Roll, Blues, Folk and Gospel music. He even acted in several movies and was nominated for an Academy award. Johnny Cash passed away on September 12, 2002, and his passing was an enormous loss for us all.
