The winners of the 2021 iPhone Photography Awards (IPPAWARDS) were announced recently. The contest, which is in its 14th year currently, is the first and the longest-running iPhone photography competition. Every year, the organizers receive thousands of entries from photographers around the globe. This year’s submissions were a little special as they offer moments of beauty, hope, and the endurance of the human spirit in a time when the world is facing difficult times.
Out of the thousands of submissions, the Grand Prize Winner and Photographer of the Year Award went to photojournalist Istvan Kerekes of Hungary for his image, Transylvanian Shepherds, which depicts two rugged shepherds traversing a wintry environment in Romania.
We have featured these striking images below along with the winning pictures from different categories like travel, landscape, animals, architecture, and more. Enjoy!
