Baked Salmon in Honey-Mustard Sauce

The American Heart Association recommends eating fish at least twice a week, as the health benefits of fish are associated with a lower risk of heart disease, one of the top 3 causes of death in Western countries.
As a rather fatty fish, salmon is especially rich in omega-3 fatty acids. It is also full to the brim with protein and B vitamins. This oven-baked salmon in honey-mustard sauce is not only scrumptious, but it is also incredibly easy to cook.
