 Arugula, also known as rucola or rocket, is a lesser-known cruciferous vegetable that possesses many of the same benefits as other vegetables of the same family – broccoli, kale, and Brussels sprouts. Below are seven reasons why you should seriously consider adding arugula to your diet.
