Fast Customer: The App That Makes Call Centers Phone YOU

We all know what it feels like to have to get in contact with a customer support team. I, for one, can't stand it! I've sometimes had to hold the line for over two hours, listening to infuriatingly annoying songs, only to get cut off, and having to start all over again! Luckily, they've now come up with a free app called Fast Customer that'll help you bypass this entire frustrating system. Keep reading to find out how it works.

How to Get Call Centers to Call You Back
In order to start using Fast Customer, the first thing you'll need to do is install it on your smartphone. If you're an Android user, then click here to install it. If you've got an iPhone then click here.

Once you've got the app up and running, the first thing you'll need to do is to enter your phone number. Fast Customer will then automatically create a contact list for you with all of the customer service numbers in your area, often listing over 3,000 different contacts.

From the thousands of different contact numbers available, you can find ones for:
Telecommunications - Verizon, AT&T, DirecTV, Comcast & more
Airlines - US Air, United, Virgin, Southwest & more
Banks - Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo & more
Retailers - Amazon, Best Buy, Apple, Zappo's & more
Credit Cards - VISA, Mastercard, AMEX & more

For large companies that have quite a few different contact numbers, Fast Customer even neatly categorizes them for you (as can be seen in the image above) so that you make sure you get in touch with the right department immediately.

Once you've found the company (or department) that you want to contact, simply tap on its name. You'll then be taken to another screen, where the app will let you know whether or not the company's customer service desk is open. If they are, then you just have to press the big green button labeled 'Have someone call me.'

Then, as soon as the customer service department has an open slot, they'll call you right back to deal with your issue. In this way, you'll be able to save yourself hours of waiting and simply get on with your life while waiting for the call. Your only regret will be not finding out about this app sooner!

If you know anybody who hates calling customer care departments, then don't forget to share this article with them.
