As I write this, at least 18 people have died in the floods in Central Europe. Experts estimate the damage at billions of euros. Meanwhile, parts of Warsaw, the Polish capital have been flooded since Sunday after heavy rainfall. These photos will give you an idea of the extent of the damage these floods are wrecking on these countries, as well as Switzerland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Let us all hope and pray for those residents having to flee and leave their homes behind. |
