Summer's Here: Tips for Fresh, Cold Tea!

Summer is upon us, and there's nothing quite like having a refreshing, ice cold tea in your hand to take away that dusty feeling and cool down. 

That's why we'd like you to enjoy these six great recipes for some great tasting and greatly refreshing cold teas!

Earl Grey and Orange
tea
 
Quantity: 8 cups
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooling time: Two hours

You'll need:

12 Earl Grey Tea Bags
1 orange peel
Orange slices for decoration
4 cups boiling water
3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup sugar
4 cups cold water
 
How to prepare?
Soak the tea bags and orange peel in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. 
Remove the bags and orange peel and pour the liquid into the big pot.
Add the sugar and orange juice and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Add the cold water.
Place the pot in the refrigerator for approximately two hours.
Fill with ice and orange slices.
 
* You can keep the pot in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Green Tea and Mango

Quantity: 3 cups
Preparation time: 5 minutes

You'll need:
2 green tea bags per cup of boiling water
2 cups mango nectar
Ice cubes
Sprigs of mint for decoration
Mango slices for decoration
 
How to prepare?
Soak the tea bags in a glass of water for 5 minutes.
Mix the green tea pitcher with mango nectar.
Add ice and decorate mint sprigs and slices of mango.

Iced Green Tea and Mint

Quantity: 4 cups
Preparation time: 45 minutes

You'll need:

3 green tea bags
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons honey
4 cups boiling water
4 stalks lemon garnish
 
How to prepare?
Soak the tea bags, mint leaves and honey in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Strain the tea and put in the refrigerator until cold.
Shared between four glasses and decorate with lime.

Lemon tea and Apple Cider

Quantity: 4 cups
Preparation time: 5 minutes

You'll need:
4 green tea bags - Lemon
4 cups boiling water
2 cups cold apple cider
How to prepare?
Soak the tea bags in boiling water for 20 minutes.
Remove the tea bags.
Add the apple cider and served with ice.

Iced lemon tea and honey
tea

Quantity: 4 cups
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooling time: 3 hours

You'll need:
3 slices of lemon
4 cups boiling water
Honey to taste
How to prepare?
Soak the lemon slices in boiling water, cover with a lid for 5 minutes.
Add the honey and mix well.
Insert the refrigerator about 3 hours.

* Bonus: soak and add 1/4 cup of dried chrysanthemums.
