Master Sushi Chef Hiro Terada makes his "Slider Roll". This is a great way of turning a sandwich into sushi. The chef doesn't use traditional sushi ingridients in this example, rather he takes a hoagie bun, adds 4 cheese: American, Cream Cheese, Pepperjack and shredded Mozzarella. Then adds Hass Avocado, Portobello Mushrooms and grilled Skirt Steak. This creates a kind of 'American Sushi' but can of course be done with traditional sushi ingridients as well to create perfect sushi rolls. |
