Everyone uses a smartphone these days, but did you know that there are a number of secret codes to unlock information on your phone that could come in handy one day? Open up your dial pad, type in the code, press the call button, and be amazed at the features that appear. Some features are specifically for iPhones or Androids only, and a few service providers have even deactivated the secret codes. You just have to try to find out!

If you’re a smartphone user who’s obsessed with your image quality and how your screen looks, you’ll want to know this code. This will give you an LCD display test.

This string of symbols and numbers performs the function of giving you a field test, showing cell signal and reception readings.

Typing this secret code on your iPhone will allow you to disable call waiting.
