Ray Charles - Music Box

If you love blues and jazz, you have to be familiar with Ray Charles, AKA “The Genius” (1930-2004). Charles pioneered the soul music genre by combining R&B, gospel, and blues. He was one of the first African-American musicians to enjoy artistic control by their record company. His life story was depicted in the 2004 award-winning movie “Ray”.
