Which Mulled Wine Recipe Will You Try?

Mulled White Wine

Why does mulled wine always have to be red? We want to break norms and appeal to those who prefer white wine. We know that white wine can be much much lighter on the head, and so we added brandy as an optional reinforcement effect to those who seek it.

Ingredients for mulled wine:
Dry white wine - 2 bottles
Orange - 2 (sliced to discs)
Brandy - 1/2 cup (optional)
Honey - 1/2 cup (alternative: sugar)
Cloves - 16 whole
Rum Cocktail Mulled Wine

I don't know about you, but mulled wine just makes me think of holiday cheer. And even if Christmas is still a long way to come, if the days are getting shorter, why not start practicing your mulled wine skills so you're ready for when the festivities begin?

Ingredients for mulled wine:
Rosemary - 4 sprigs
White cranberry juice - 1 cup (divided)
Orange - 1
Dry white wine - 1 bottle
Cranberries - 1 cup (either fresh or frozen)
Cloves - 5 whole
Rum - 1/4 cup
Orange peels - from 1 orange
Mulled Wine Hot Chocolate

If during cold weather winds you feel like hot chocolate doesn't cut it anymore, allow us to present you with mulled wine hot chocolate. It's nothing special, but it's everything special at the same time: a classic, timeless cup o'cocoa, with some red hot wine.

Ingredients for hot chocolate:
Milk - 1 1/2 cups
Red wine - 1 cup
Dark chocolate - 1/3 cup (coarsly chopped)
