Ingredients for bread pudding:
Heavy cream - 4 cups, 2 cups
Eggs - 15
White sugar - 1 1/2 cups
Ground cinnamon - 2 tbsp.
Vanilla Extract - 1 tbsp.
Brown sugar - 1 1/2 cups, 2 cups
Baguette - 2
Butter - 2 sticks
Method of preparing the bread pudding:
  1. In a very large bowl, combine 4 cups cream, the eggs, white sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract together.
  2. Slice the baguettes lengthwise, then cut into 1" pieces. Soak the cubes in the mix and allow them to marinate overnight in the fridge.
  3. The next day, butter a 9x13'' baking dish. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  4. If the bread hasn't soaked up all the batter, strain and discard the leftover liquid. Arrange the bread cubes evenly in the dish.
  5. Cover with 1 1/2 cups brown sugar and bake 45 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan melt the remaining 2 cups brown sugar in 2 sticks butter. Bring to a boil.
  7. Add the remaining 2 cups cream, stir and remove from heat. Once the pudding is baked, allow 15 minutes cooling, drizzle with the sauce and serve.
