Wacky Cake: No Eggs, Butter or Milk

This delicious chocolate cake requires no eggs, milk, butter, nor mixing bowls. You might be wondering how this can taste like cake, and like you, I had doubts until I tried it. It’s so easy to whip up. You don’t even have much washing up to do because no mixing bowls are used.

This recipe might seem perfect for the modern diet but in fact it was invented during the Great Depression when items like milk, butter and eggs were luxuries. Because of its old history, no electric mixers are needed either. The result is a delicious, and moist tasting cake. Perfect for everyone including those with egg or dairy allergies and vegans.
