Cream Puffs
Ingredients for profiteroles:
Water - 1 cup
Butter - 6 tbsp.
Sugar - 1 tsp.
Salt - a pinch
Flour - 1 cup
Eggs - 4
Chocolate sauce - as needed
Whipped cream - as needed
Method of preparing the profiteroles:
  1. Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C). In a saucepan, mix the water, butter, sugar and salt, and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the flour. Beat the mixture until everything is combined, and then put it back on the heat, beat it again. Once everything is off the sides of the pan, you’ll see that the dough is clumping together and a film has formed at the bottom of the pan. preperation
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and beat it until the mixture breaks up a little. Add the eggs one at a time, beating the mixture as you do. Once the mixture comes back together, transfer it to a piping bag.
  4. Prepare a baking sheet and pipe drops of the mixture on the sheet. To prevent the tops from burning, flatten them a little. preperation
  5. Bake the puffs for 15-20 minutes, they are ready when they become golden brown. Remove them from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Cut the puffs in the middle and add your choice of filling, then top with chocolate sauce. If you don't want whipped cream, you can use custard/pastry cream/ice cream. preperation
