These Waterparks are Perfect for a Summer Holiday!

You might find it difficult to go to a holiday destination this summer that your whole family can enjoy but I have just the solution for you! Water parks and resorts are enjoyable no matter who you are, and what's your age. You can spend your day relaxing by the pool or going down slides, throwing water high up in the air and squealing for joy.

To give you some idea of how amazing these places can be, here are the 10 of the best water parks in the world:

1. Siam Park, Adeje, Spain

Waterparks

Siam Park claims to be the most spectacular water attraction in Europe and it has a lot going for it to support this claim. The park includes Thai themes fpr all of its rides, buildings, and restaurants, they make for the largest collection of Thai-themed buildings outside Thailand itself! It features many great rides like the Dragon (a slide with a light show inside the funnel) and the Wave Palace (a wave pool with an artificial white sand beach).

2. Beach Park, Aquiraz, Brazil

This is one of the leading tourist attractions in Brazil, and the largest water park in Latin America. Each year more than 1 million people visit Beach Park and its many resorts hotels and dining options. The park offer anything from the calm Acqua Circo, a water playground full of cannons, jets, fountains and slides and to the extreme Insanos, a 135-feet (41 meters) tall water slide.

3. Disney's Blizzard Beach, Lake Buena Vista, Florida

Waterparks

In 2012 this was the second most visited water park in the world, behind its sister park, Typhoon Lagoon, which we will speak of later. As the name implies, this water park has a 'frozen' theme to it. According to Disney "legend", a freak snowstorm in the area led to the development of Florida's first ski resort. One of the best things about this park in my opinion, is that most of the rides in the park have at least two nearly identical tracks. This makes them perfect for some friendly water racing!

The most popular waterpark in the world. From a casual picnic to surf lessons in high waves, there isn’t much you can't do here.
